A Word From The Owner
Congratulations and thank you for considering Alternate Options as your choice for a HCS provider. This program is such a great gift and opportunity for you or your family member. For the past twenty years I have been blessed with the privilege of serving persons with special needs who are eligible for HCS, TxHml, or similar programs such as CLASS in a case of management or program management capacity.
There are many providers to decide from and because you don’t know any of us, it is a hard choice to make. Always remember that this is a consumer choice driven program so if you become dissatisfied you have the option of transferring to one that works for you.
Providers are required to provide the same services but what makes each of us unique is how we provide them. I am an advocator for consumer rights and I value, respect, and embrace families for the important role they play in the effective treatment and delivery of service. If you are looking for a provider who is knowledgeable about community options and who offers solutions to problems-
Choose Alternate Options!
